Kansas City is our home base: Brookside, Waldo, Westport, the Country Club Plaza, the River Market, the Crossroads, Crown Center, and the Northland. We know which blocks have alley access, which streets won’t take a 26-footer, and where you’ll be fighting for a parking pad on move day.
Beyond the city limits, we run the eastern and northern suburbs hard. These four are where most of our suburban jobs land, each with its own quirks our crew already knows.
Independence
East of the city off I-70 in Jackson County, with the historic square, the Truman neighborhood, and a mix of older and mid-century homes that need careful handling on tight stairs.
Lee’s Summit
Fast-growing southeast Jackson County off US-50 and I-470: downtown Lee’s Summit, the Lakewood area, and newer subdivisions with basements and two-story foyers.
Blue Springs
East metro off I-70 near Lake Jacomo, with family neighborhoods, established subdivisions, and a quick run back to our West Bottoms base.
Liberty
Up in the Northland in Clay County off I-35, with the historic downtown square, William Jewell College, and a wave of newer builds north of the river.
