Estimates and binding quotes
We provide a written estimate before your move. A standard estimate is our best assessment based on the information you give us; if the actual inventory, access, or distance differs materially from what we were told, the final charges may change accordingly. We also offer binding written quotes, including on long-distance moves — a binding quote is a fixed price that does not change as long as the scope of the job stays the same.
Deposit and cancellation
A $99 deposit reserves your move date and is applied to your final balance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are eligible to have the deposit applied to a rescheduled date; details are confirmed at booking.
Liability and valuation
Your shipment is covered up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage. Unless you choose otherwise in writing, your goods are protected under released-value liability at $0.60 per pound per item, which is the standard federal baseline included at no extra charge. Full-value protection, which covers the repair or replacement value of damaged items, is available for an additional cost and must be selected before your move.

- Claims must be submitted in writing within the period allowed by law.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the move unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. The deposit is credited toward the total.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute relating to your move will be handled under Missouri law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
