Independence is one of the oldest parts of Jackson County, and the housing shows it — turn-of-the-century homes near the historic square with steep porches and narrow staircases, then whole blocks of 1950s and ’60s ranches spreading north and east. We’ve carried sofas down those tight Square-area stairwells and we’ve loaded full four-bedroom houses out in the 64055 subdivisions. Each one gets the same plan: pad it, dolly it, walk it out clean.
We’re based across the metro in the West Bottoms, so Independence is a quick run for us up I-70 or 24 Highway. No long-haul fuel surcharge tacked on, no scrambling for a truck. Our five trucks and roughly twelve full-time movers are all in-house, and David hires and trains every one of them himself.
